Yes, 100% free with unlimited receipts, PDF downloads, and thermal print jobs. There are no subscriptions, hidden fees, watermarks, or account registration walls.

No. All calculations, logo uploads, and document generation execute entirely client-side inside your browser. No bill data or personal information is ever uploaded or saved on external servers.

Question 3

Can I print receipts directly to an 80mm thermal printer?

Question 4

How do taxes like GST, VAT, or Sales Tax work?

Accepted Answer

You can choose between Indian GST splits (2.5% CGST + 2.5% SGST or 9% + 9%), a custom single flat tax rate (ideal for VAT or US Sales Tax), or zero tax (0%). You can also apply service charges and discounts.

Can I add my restaurant logo to the receipt?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Simply click 'Upload Custom Logo' in the Restaurant & Header section. Your logo will be embedded directly at the top of your receipt and included in exports.

We offer 5 purpose-built templates (Thermal POS 80mm, Modern Minimalist Café Slip, Fine Dining Folio, Formal GST/Tax Invoice, Compact 58mm Quick Receipt) and realistic paper textures including Plain, Realistic Crumpled, Folded Creased, and Vintage Aged.
